Well they're bound to go down more at some point. But if you want a quality one, I can't imagine we'll see a ton more down movement in time for Christmas. Although I would imagine there will be at least one more run of insane discounts to make a last minute sales push for Dell. Questions are, will they include stuff like the monitors? and are you willing to wait?

yes, you can hook up the 2000FP to S-Video output on your satellite dish. It also has PIP, so you could surf the net and watch satellite at the same time.

How is Dell with pricematching themselves? I think I've seen other people get refunded the money back but the other threads are just crazy (saw one explode from about 30 to 400 in a night). I bought the 1900FP for 685 and hopefully can get it down to 605 if dell does the 20%/-$35 coupon again. If this happens, then I can purchase the gainward gf4600 w/dual dvi's and spend exactly $1000 upgrading my computer ($270 for vid card and $115 for my new z560's which rock). Then I can spend the rest of the year groping (sp?) and moaning about how much money I spent

I had a great experience with "Dave" in customer service who flat refunded me the price diff on my 1900FP order, $100 cause the price dropped from 899 to 799. One time deal however and you do have 30 days, will it drop again? I took the money and run.

Got the monitor today but the ghosting for greys is horrible!!! :| Will the effect lessen if I connect it using DVI?
