Did the young kid in nashville make it.

there are 2 tickets, I know the old guy gets it, but who got the other ticket?

thanks in advance

I also think it's stupid to have 2 shows in ca so close to each other. I mean people in San Fran. can drivve to LA.

They should have done another show in Atlanta instead.

I also think it's unfair to have the A-list guys compete in LA. Its supposd to be about finding new talent, not get guys who have had their own comedy specials and have released cd already.

"Welcome to the Buck Star show...I'm your host, Buck Star"

I think he followed them twice and then they decided it would be funny to just fly him out for every try out as a gimmick. Just my theory....

Wait..TV Guide says LCS is on comedy central AND NBC? What is its schedule going to be and what channel will it be on?

Why the hell are they auditioning in Nashville?

Have you ever been to Nashville? Very nice place, and probably not like the stereotypical place you're thinking of. After living all over the country, I decided to move back to Nashville.

Plus, Zanies is a great comedy club...

so who won the nashville tickets? It was the old guy and who else?

I think they only ended up giving out one ticket in Nashville, which the old guy got.

Heh, I liked the Maine police officer, and whoever it was that talked about "the pill."

I think they had 2 tickets.

I thought the young kid from nashville was very funny as well. The russian kid also had a very funny bit about his mom.

Two guys won from Nashville. Nashville had the midget lady (and Buck Star - but what location DIDN'T have The Buck Star Show?). The old guy and the young kid were from the Chicago audition, I think.

all I wantr to know is the young kid who was talking about mono win.

I know the young Russian kid won, but did the other young kid win. The young kid that was in the same audition as the old guy with the deep voice.

The kid didn't make it, but that old guy did.

pablo francisco is one of the funniest comedians i've ever heard. His Comedy central special ends with the movie preview guy voice doing a preview for some wacked out tortilla boy movie. That had me laughing so hard i couldn't breathe.

and I want to see Kevin James on there...

Anyone ever seen the comic who does REALLY GOOD GWB impressions, esp when bush says "done" after he's finished speaking? I can't remember who that is, but he's damned funny.

thank you, and the Secretary from boston is kinda hot. anyone got a screen cap and a name?

Interesting...I didn't catch the early shows last year - were there as many full-time comedians? That DC guy from NYC is pretty damn funny, he's had his own half hour on Comedy Central too.

Dat Phan winning last season proved this show was bs.

I would tend to agree. Dave Mordal was hilarious, and the best, IMO.

That being said, perhaps we don't get to see the whole routine that the comedy club voters see. That's the only explanation I can come up with that would justify why Dat Phan won. His gig (or what we saw of it) was always the same - his stereotypical Vietnamese family. I'm sorry, but if you can't mix it up a little bit and provide some variety, you're no comic.

So many professional comedians this time (last time was much more armature).

Kathleen Madigan
Jim Norton
Will Durst
Jimmy Dore
Pablo Francisco
Alonzo Bodden

All professional full time comics....
