Yeah, who needs a motherboard anyway? :D
I forgot to add it to the thread, it's in my cart though.

Thanks, another question... do I need a floppy drive and does it come with the case?

Floppy drives don't come with cases. You must buy it separately. Look to see if your motherboard supports BIOS flashing inside Windows. If that works then you have no need for a floppy drive. I don't have one and I've not had reason to use one yet.

Very nice build, how much did it cost you, I'm looking into building a similar rig soon so it'd be helpful thanks.

Right off the bat...i'd warn you about the DFI ddr, people have had issues. Is it a verified vendor the OCZ?

Looks good. Can't say I'm a big fan of the Lexa case myself, but to each his own. ;) It's a shame Ncix doesn't have the 256MB version of the X1800XT, but the 7900GT is good too, so w/e. Are you going to be OCing? If you are, remember to get a nice cooler.

That may be true, but you're still going to want an aftermarket cooler. Even something like an XP-90 and a good Panaflo fan for $30 would be plenty.

I would have to disagree. The stock hsf that comes with a new retail opty 165 is adequate depending on what he uses for vcore and what the temps are.
