You know how they say, better safe than sorry 
The board is ASUS A7V, CPU is Duron 700 (L7 bridges show that its running on 1.6v instead of 1.5 by default, quite frankly I don't like that), cooling is Alpha PAL6035+Arctic Silver. I hope to hit GHz with this setup.
To sum up my knowledge:
...and then OCing or no OCing can be done by changing DIP swithces on the motherboard. FSB OC'ing can be done without altering the CPU.

- To change multipliers, you have to connect L1 bridges with a pencil (or conductive pen).
- To rise voltage, you have to connect L7 bridges, again with a pencil or conductive pen.
...and then OCing or no OCing can be done by changing DIP swithces on the motherboard. FSB OC'ing can be done without altering the CPU.
