Is cyberwings' email server down?

I have a website hosted w/ Cyberwings (started 2 weeks ago) and as of 5:30pm 4/30/02, I cannot receive or send any email through Cyberwings' smtp/pop server (and even webmail isn't working), although the webpages is still up and running.


It's been almost 5 hours now!
 
For those with doubts..I've been using this for about 1 month and My site is up..you can check it out here . I average about 15kb/s upload, I dont have anyhting to compare that to, but it serves me very well.
 
localfinesse - I haven't received an e-mail but that's because I have no domains to host.

Did you complete and submit the ORDER form with your PayPal or cc reference numbers?
