I skimmed the article, but I wonder if that is just 100 pounds of scrotum or like 60 pounds of balls, and 40 pounds of scrote...? Also, does large scrote = large loads...? He could have a bright future in pron.......

He wasn't told he could lose it. He was told that if the bleeding was too heavy he might lose it. He said " he said doctors seemed more confident about saving his penis and testicles".

So it's apparently not some different surgery, it's just some doctor who wants the money saying "Sure, I can save your dick, don't worry about it." and another doctor giving him a story I bet is a lot closer to the truth which is "If I have to pick between your penis, and your life, Your gonna lose your penis."

Really makes me realize how you can take simple mobility for granted. Still, this guy was big, article says 300lbs and he doesn't appear short. I remember seeing on the BBC a long time ago some kind of show about 'strange things from around the world,' and in it was a segment on this tiny Asian guy (either India or Indonesia, I don't remember which) who had a gigantic scrotum. This thing had to have weighed better than double his own normal body weight, unfreaking believable. They showed this guy sitting on his junk at the end too irc, quite SouthPark-esque.
