Largest possible motherboard dimensions in a ATX case?

The depends on the case. There are some pretty small ATX cases, and there are some pretty huge ones too.
 
These are the largest I know of:

Asus A7V and K7V: 9.6" x 12.0"
FIC AZ11: 9.6" x 12.0"
Intel OR840: 9.6" x 12.0"

Notice a pattern here? Is that the max size an ATX motherboard is allowed to be?
