Large xbox style controller?

Is there something that doesn't cost over 100 bucks that is compatible with xbox 360 wireless dongle on PC but is a bit larger? I don't like the way my hand fits the xbox controller as it is uncomfortable after a while. I think larger grips would help a lot.

The paddles underneath would be nice but i dont need it. Compatability so I dont have to worry about games supporting it on PC and larger so my hand doesnt cramp up after 30 minutes are necessities.

Any suggestions?
 
Not sure if it will work, but I've seen USB adapters for the original "Duke" controller. No idea if they would work for the PC.

Personally, I hate the wireless nonsense and I just use two Afterglow wired 360 controllers for my PC. They were $20 each at Target and have worked flawlessly even though my hands are a bit big for the controllers.
