Large LCD Digital Camera

What do you guys recommend? I want something nice and cool with a pretty large LCD but not SUPER expensive. Maybe 5.1 (5 megapixels) would do well.

I'm interested in these so far:

Sony Cybershot DSC-T33
Fujifilm FinePix Z1
 
Im getting the sony DSCW5, it has a decent sized screen. It should be here within the next few days, if you want me to comment on it Ill be glad to, its supposed to be a good camera =)
 
i have a nikon cool pix 5900 its got a 1.5X2 inche screen. it takes up a 3.4 of the back of the cameraits biger then most cameras. its got 2.5in diagonal.
