Just so you know, Intel preffers Pentium-M for the future. They are killing NetBurst (P4) in favor of Pentium-M based design. At least I've read that somewhere.

Excatally. Battery life portability. Sinceyour posting on this site you most likely have a high end desktop no need for a 8 lb laptop.
