Laptop ribbon cable

I'm wondering if a 12 pin laptop ribbon cable that is labeled at 60c can substitute a ribbon cable that is labeled 105c? C is the operating temperature range right?
This ribbon cable is going to connect the motherboard to the power button.

60C is 140 degrees F

105C is 221 degrees F

Nothing is getting that hot ( except maybe the CPU ) in the notebook, or at least I hope not.

If the ribbons will swap you should be fine.
 
okay, I got the 60c cable installed but it is not powering on my laptop. Any idea why it is not working? The cable is 12 pin and i checked my original cable and it is 12 pin.
