laptop pointer and power display light problem

Hi, my toshiba laptop 1905-S277 cursor and all display lights won't work. The cursor doesn't move at all, nor do the lights. How can I fix this problem? Just to mention it, I did open the back to check an other problem (fixed) I might have disconnected something or I don't know. Was working fine before. TIA
