Bought this old T22 IBM laptop so my sis to learn on and never thought twice about the laptop mouse pointer....dah!!

How did people get around on these things? I guess the small left pad it the same as a left mouse button operation but the bottom pad ???

The bottom mouse button can be assigned to either a middle click or a special function, you move the mouse with the little red nub in the middle.
