I was wondering that what is the limit for my laptop. I use my laptop usually for 10 hours straight. Will it result in getting overheat and break down?

You're fine, over time the bearings on the fans will begin to degrade and get noisy. So they?ll in time need to get replaced, just like any other moving part in your laptop.
If you check out the post by ?aerofan897?, that?s a good bit of advise. Especially in your situation.
Is your screen fully powered during this 10 hour period too?
If you leave a static image on there for too long you?ll get screen burn as you probably know. Leave a static image on there long enough and you?ll get brail all over the screen face![]()

My laptop stays on 24/7, crunching Seventeen or Bust... The only time it gets turned off is if I actually take it anywhere, which is rarely.
