Alas!! I have fed ice cream to my keyboard and now its all sticky. How can I clean the mess from my laptop keys?

I'd start with Windex. Spray some on a soft cloth to wipe the top and larger surfaces and on Q-Tips for the spaces in between. Don't spray it directly on the keyboard. That could allow some spray to get inside the machine.

You could try using a small screwdriver or a toothpick to push the cloth into the tightest places, or you could try spraying a little on an old toothbrush. Don't soak the brush. You want just enough to do the job without pushing a lot of liquid or icecream residue into the machine.

Good luck. You may need it. :)

Depending on how far the ice cream went into the keyboard, it may be worth the effort to just get a new keyboard and manually replace it yourself. Besides it'll be good to have on-hand, just in case the clean-up effort doesn't pan out

Some notebooks employ a plastic barrier (spill proof) in their keybords (eg, certain Fujitsu; doing that can sometimes make the keyboard feel somewhat stiff, but it repels water/moisture).

If Windex uses ammonia I wouldnt use it. Call a notebook repair place & ask them for a recommendation. Anyways, you can find keyboards (if needed) here, just key in your model:
