can you try typing route print in CMD of your laptop and try to show us the output list.

I'm assuming you have access to the internet via the method you are posting to this site... plug a usb thumbdrive into your computer, download the Norton removal tool and copy to thumbdrive, transfer program to your affected laptop and run the .exe
