Laptop internet connection issues?

Alright, so a couple of days ago my internet began acting weird. I can connect to Steam and the chat works fine, but I can't connect to the browser and store. Likewise for my other browsers.

I know that it's an issue with my laptop because my phone and my brother's pc connect just fine. What should I do?
