Laptop HDD Compatability

I've got a laptop here out of Warranty and the HDD just took a dive on me.

I'm wondering if anyone knows anything other then a toshiba HDD I can buy to replace it.

TOSHIBA M45-S2692
SATA HDD - mk8032gsx (80gb)

All ive found is that the Toshiba replacements are - mk6032(60gb) / 4032(40gb) / 1032(100gb) / 1234(120gb) GSX series are the compatible ones so far.

Just wondering if any other companies offer anything. I've searched for lists but all I get back are the general - "Buy your laptop battery here" sites.

Welcome to the Forums! :beer:

Any brand SATA 2.5" hard drive will work with that laptop.
It doesn't have to be a Toshiba brand but mind the capacity as the BIOS may not support above 120GB.
