Laptop gpu prices

Stationary gpu prices have gone up after the increase in crypto, are the laptop gpus also affected? Have laptops with say 1070 gone up as well?

Maybe ever so slightly the more you scale up with GPU power but not much because the OEM's like Acer, Dell, HP, MSI, Asus etc .. need to sell these units to regular consumers as entire unit thus not really affected. Although I expect the prices for these units to go up eventually because of that very fact if you get what I mean. Get one now while you can get a fair price for it.

Thanks, thinking about wating for the next GPU series (and intel 6 core)

They shouldn't be affected. What would affect pricing is that memory prices have gone up.

Remember the OEMs already are paying much more for the "mobile" version of the GPU chip than your typical desktop board maker.
