Well if you flip the thing over you will no doubt see quite a few screws on the bottom.... hold on to that thought....
You will need to see if there is anyway to safely remove the keyboard since i have found that most laptop makers make some things accessible that way. I know that on my old powerbook, you could remove the keyboard easily and doing so go you access to the RAM, Proc, HDD, and modem card. My roommate's dell lappy is similar.
If you want to remove the processor though it is likely that the whole thing is going to have to come apart. Go slowly, keep things isolated and keep yourself grounded when doing so... dont want to fry the componentry in there.
