any great bang for buck laptop coolers out there? i dont have any budget really. its for my sons laptop that he uses while laying in bed, the 200mm fan one he has now finally seems to worn and noisy, just now thought of replacing the fan on the bottom but havnt looked at it (maybe 4 years of use now)
