I purchased from this company many times before and always seem to get great service. I was on their website and they have this 3 fan Laptop Cooler priced at $7. S&H seems to be set at $6 for your entire order bring the total of $13.

Here is a direct link to the product I'm talking about: Laptop Cooler

I'm thinking about getting another laptop cooler for my wife's laptop.

Good price. 🙂

I've only ever ordered from them once, back at the end of last year, when they offered free shipping on orders. Think they got overwhelmed with orders because of that, cuz it took them almost a week to ship my order. No idea if that's their normal time for shipping, but let's hope not!

Is the stock fan on your laptop making strange noise? Is it even working? Are you getting Blue screens, VXD errors, system freeze ups? The main reason you are getting these symptoms may be because your laptop is overheating ! Picture your laptop like the engine in your car and picture this laptop cooler like a high performance radiator that keeps your engine Ultra COOL. After extreme usage your laptop often "heats" up to high temperatures. In some cases, temperatures so HOT that the stock fan in your laptop is just not good enough to cool down your laptop. The results? OVERHEATING, system lock-ups, blue screens, memory dump errors and in extreme cases the whole laptop goes bad.

kinda funny

Did you know a man burnt his Penis because his laptop was too hot? Read for yourself. Don't you be the next victim. Protect yourself.

Best resaon in the world for a majority of lappy users.

Hate to sound like an informercial, but powered solutions drain battery life. The best solution is something like this. I personally use it -- it's great, plus it's a nice neoprene case.

Jesus its $50 bucks for that. I'd just get a laptop that doesn't overheat. If your laptop overheats and is in factory (unmodded) condition, its a piece of crap. Imagine if everyones car's overheated and they had to buy bigger radiators and transmission coolers so they wouldn't stall out...

For $13-15 this is pretty reasonable, but I don't understand why laptops need this. I run my iBook and my VAIO in performance mode day-in day-out and they've never given me any problem. The VAIO's a few years old at that sporting a Pentium M 1.13GHz that runs pretty warm. Still doesn't give me any problems.

I have a Dell 1100 and it sometimes gets so hot one cannot use the palmrests and/or it shuts down. Will have to check into this. Now all I (and many other users) can do is use a can of compressed air to blow the dust buildup off the heastsink.

Went ahead and got two. Going to use one of those universal AC adapter for the second one so that it can help cool down my Onkyo 602 receiver. According to the dimensions, should fit my 12.1 widescreen laptop pretty dead on. Sweet find OP, thanks!
