LanPartyUT nFS3 reboots when I add IDE drives

I just upgraded my motherboard to the DFI LanPartyUT NF3, and bought a Serial ATA drive to replace my old 120g IDE drive as my primary OS drive (Win XP SP2). I first loaded it up with just the ATA and installed the OS. Everything was fine. Then I tried to put the 120g drive and another 80g IDE drive on IDE1 as Master/Slave. When I boot up the computer the Windows XP black loading screen comes up, then it goes black and reboots. I've tried just 1 drive at a time, and tried putting them on a SIIG PCI IDE Controller I have as well. Same thing any way I do it. I take them out of the loop, computer boots just fine. Anyone know why it won't boot with the IDE's plugged in? ALso, neither of the drives i'm trying to add have an OS on them.

I had a Promise PCI IDE Controller. It did the exact same things as you're talking about. It took out the IDE Controller, and everything worked fine.
