Language Toolbar won't stay gone!

So the little toolbar to the lower right with a microphone and whatnot reappears every startup even efter I hide it.

How do I get rid of this thing?

right click on it, then settings, then disable it.

Any idea what would have caused the thing to start beign displayed in the first place?

I know that's a tough question, but figured I'd ask.

Some program? SOme Update?

I run Ad-Aware and SpyBot regularly.

Did you install UT2004? I know it came up once I installed that game...

Isn't that installed with Office? I always disable it when I see it. I think I saw the language toolbar come up after doing an Office or Windows update but I'm not 100% sure.

I don't have MS office, maybe OOO?
