The general theme of any employment thread here is that you should do what's best for YOURSELF and you should never consider loyalty to your employer, because they would not be loyal to you.
Even if you're pissed about losing your coach you have to admit that passing up this opportunity because of bad timing would really suck.

With coaches jumping ship, most notably John Calipari + Pete Carroll are leaving behind messes of programs that they choreographed.
The responsibilities of a D1 head coach are much greater than your average tech support position too. You're in charge of the lives of 75-100 kids, and play a large part in their development professionally as well as professionally. You're as much of an influence of an 18-19 year old's life in college as much as their parents are, and few on ATOT would advocate leaving your kid behind for a "Better opportunity"
