i do know that in canada when you are being taken to the human rights tribunal you can't win.

That's simply not true.

For example check the decisions for BC from last year.

Page 9, final decisions, shows a 50% success rate in favour of the complainant both in areas of discrimination and actual grounds.

Whether it's effective or not can be seen with the ongoing number of for example "them blacks/chimps did something uppity" threads, which were rather more routine before there was some price to be paid; seems easy to observe their favorite participants can manage to learn about as well as pets.

Reciprocating strategies work because it's just a fact that only some people have use for more modern creations like reason, so there's some need to deal with differing parties differently.

Didn't you just agree not to be always going "there" with the language?

You're a puzzling sort @agent00f. Perhaps I'm more romantically attached to the ideals of my country's founders than has any practical value, but I don't think so at the moment.
