one brake checked, one grabbed a door, one slashed a tire, one smashed a mirror, one smashed a window, one pull lien out, one threw a punch, one used his foot, etc......

thus allred concluded nobody was guilty of mob assault, nobody was leeroy jenkins, nobody incite the group to its fate, just a peaceloving help a stranger brotherhood here

NYPD is well compensated. Someone working undercover isn't a rookie, hes probably a veteran of the force making quite a bit.
 
You know, it's funny that in this story, a gun probably would have made the outcome of this event much worse. The good Samaritan really ended this at the right time, but that almost seems like luck because these guys were scumbags. They probably just thought "too many witnesses."
 
Gloria Allred has lost the pr war. no matter how much ridiculous spin she puts on it, no one believes a word from the bikers.

her ship is taking on water and she has no life jacket. she needs to bail-out now while she still can.

Unfortunately her fame comes from the use of her name because she is successful in taking the wrong side of cases. She will win even if the case isn't decided in her favor because she will settle out of court and still get beaucoups bucks. She is as much of a piece of filth as those she represents. Perhaps moreso.
 
He is also seen on a video punching through the window of the SUV, the spokesman said. The video was taken with an iPad by someone who was at the scene of the attack. Police didn't say whether the person who shot the video was a biker or a bystander.

2. why would you bring an ipad on a motorcycle?

I somehow ended up watching Piers Morgan tonight and she was on with the wife of the guy who got ran over. Piers just destroyed her in the most polite British way imaginable. The women in the audience were tearing up with Piers going on about the horror the family in the car was feeling. Allred kept going on about how her client was not breaking the law and approached the car to diffuse the situation. Piers of course mentioned that he had been breaking the law moments early when he was riding on a suspended license. The wife as well had the most smug, bitchy look on her face. She was there for public sympathy, but she could not keep her reactions in check. I'd hope the police would charge her husband as well but then the state would be on the hook for his medical bills.

Police said Wright's license tag was visible in the video -- which hasn't been released to the media -- and his uncle identified him for authorities.

... this is a video we haven't seen, and it actually was recorded by a witness not on a motorcycle who had an iPad.
 
Oh and it appears the finally tally of police involvement is 6, two detectives, one sergeant, and three police officers. The undercover officer was very involved and is seen on video participating in the attack on the SUV.

Off duty police officers still have the powers of a police officer. Any of the 6 should have intervened as a brutal assault was taking place before their eyes. It begs the question? Why were six police officers involved and riding with an illegal bike gang? Are they common criminals/thugs themselves?

He was on TV (ABC News IIRC) with his lawyer and said he was looking for his friend(s) and he did not think he did anything wrong. 😱

If this is true that the undercover cop did attack Lien, then his family could sue NYPD. This thing is getting stranger everyday.

I would hardly call it a "brake check". The rider clearly slowed down. The range rover kept on full speed. What if the rider had to slow to avoid hitting a kid or obstacle?

Not at all justifying what these thug bikers did, but to me a good bit of blame rests on the range rover driver as well.

yeah..just ignore how he he pulls up next to Lien, gestures at him and then proceeds to move in front of him, AND then slow down...

Wow, did your mom drop you on your head a lot when you were little.

If the range rover didn't also proceed to stop the biker would've been done with from the get go you freaking genius. Yet, all that happened was he bumped the tire.

And that was a brake check which is pretty freaking obvious and hell the biker even kept looking behind him as he was doing it. Add to the fact there was zero reason for the biker to stop in the first place other then just to be an ass.
