Lan Party Case

What do ya all think of this for a lan party case?

It is going to be housing an 850 Mhz Duron on an EPOX 8kha+ board with 256 Mb DDR. Gainward GF4 4200 (128Mb), Creative Labs SB Live 5.1, Maxtor 40GB HDD, and Sony 52X CD.

Ill probably mod the inside with rounded cables.

I think this would be a good first lan party case what do you all think?

Good enough cooling? Case to large?

Ive never been to a lan party so I don't know how hot it gets, what works well and what doesn't.

Also what do you think of the guts for a lan machine?

I've always just toted around my Inwin Q500A.

It's big, and it's about 50lbs with all of my crap in it. It will get warm at lan parties, at least all of the ones I've been to. I don't see the point in spending a lot of money for a small case. That's just me though.

Less monitor, keyboard and mouse (which I already have) the whole setup (including CA tax but not shipping) should be about $830.00

that's a sweet case... if you have the bucks, I say go for it... all the connections in front is cool for lan parties also...

Ill have to buy it in sections. One payday ill buy half and the next payday ill buy the rest. I gotta pay bills otherwise I would do it all at once.

Ya think the computer will get hot enough that I will need an Alpha PAL8045 with a Panaflo H1A? or will the retail cooler from my XP1900+ work just fine with some Artic Silver III. I do not plan to OC the Duron.

You'll be fine with the retail fan. There is no need for an alpha.
