So... you bought a whole frozen lamb, and it doesn't fit in your fridge, and you have no idea how to prepare it? LOL

I can cook anything on a BBQ pit. ;)

Im guessing if you can defrost a turkey like that.. you can do a whole lamb.. 30 minutes per lb and rotating every 30 minutes.. and make sure the water is cold.

Make sure the water is cold?
If you run tap water over a 30 pound frozen lamb, it runs off at about 32 degrees. :sun:

As it defrost the water wont stay as cold.. thats what i mean :)
