spurs definetely will not beat the lakers. d. robinson will probably end up gaurding shaq and like sobonis, dale davis, vlade, pollard, etc he will get in foul trouble or be a non factor. and ask portland and sac town how easy it is to beat the lakers with a dominant power forward when you dont get any other help.

there was never any doubt of a laker victory. look at who we're playing against... a team that celebrated after the first round as if they won the championship! lol

spurs will be tough but they will not beat the lakers. it might go to a game 7 though. I sure hope not.

I don't think there's anyone in the NBA that is not gonna have a lot of their rebounds taken away by Shaq. But Pollard does work his butt off and it was evident in the Kings-Suns series

I am not convinced that there is a team left that can stop the Lakers.

On the rumor mill, I hear that 'Sheed will likely traded out of Portland ... unless he undergoes a serious attitude adjustment. I think most everyone sees this coming. But, I also recently heard that CWeeb may be looking for a trade (!).That kinda took me off guard, but seein' 'Sheed in Sacramento and CWebb in Portland could make for some interesting times.

nobody thinks Lakers got a lucky break today? Shaq came very close to getting the 3rd foul in first quarter(3 times).

If CWebb leaves Sacramento at the end of this season then I will eat a can of dog food. He's a star here, but in other cities he would just be another "really good" player. He'll stay.

As for Scottie ... that guy just keeps going. I was a little sad to see Bobby Jackson only get 12 minutes today since he has been doing so well lately.

3rd round

Kings over Spurs in 7
Bucks over Philly in 5

Good call SUO. Altho, Sac would be getting the better of that deal and I doubt Webb would want to go to Portland. That town is a freakin mess.
