Sounds like she really is confused. You're definetly a back-up at this point. Past GF's have done this to me and that is why I began my "completely ignore the ex's until they go INSANE" policy.
confused? No, she's just like every other woman in the world. They don't want to let you move on until they have found someone else. Then she'll completely ignore you. Seriously. It's VERY common. Every one of my friends who recently broke up with their girlfriends has done this.

The best thing you can do is arrange a "friends with benefits" relationship. Make sure to reiterate that you don't want to get back together and the sex is just sex. Then enjoy yourself.

confirmed.

Here's the story. I've been seeing my girlfriend for almost three years now. The last few months she distanced herself quite a bit and started hanging out with her girlfriends more. Finally, it just came to a point where she was confused on what she wanted out of our relationship. So, she decided that she still wants to talk to me and have me around, but doesn't want to consider us 'together'. I decided that I didn't want to see her for the course of the summer, and see how things go in a few months. However, I have ran into her a few times this summer, we hooked up every time. She still calls me, and I have told her that I didn't want contact with her, but she becomes upset when I lay it down like that. She still wants to plan times for me to visit. I'm just getting tired of her wanting to have me around and try to plan things out, when I am trying to move on past this relationship. Any ladies out there know why she is acting like this... Any guys have similar situations to relate to. Am I just too blind to see the point here or what?

I think the problem is just 'seeing' each other for three years. Sounds like both of you may be commitment phobic.

Sounds like she is just keeping your around until she finds someone better. You made the right decision to break up and not see her. I say, move on... date other girls but don't sleep with them....

One of my friends broke up with a girl he had been dating since early 10th grade, (he is in college now), about 4 years. Sorry to hear about the issues man. Ill tell you what i will tell my friend. Calculate the amount of time you spent with her (in hours), multiply that by minimum wage and then add all the money that you spent on her and then bill her.

Is she a teacher in Ocala, FL?

Now that is just great. Gave me a laugh.

That was funny. But seriously shes just using you like a yo-yo everytime you get a little to far or distanced she tries to reel you back in just to let you go after she plays with you.

exactly. its the ops fault for continuing to be her tool and not having the balls to tell her to fvck off.

grow a spine, or turn in your man card and marbles.
