Yeah, she is hit and miss. Sometimes I'm thinking "Nice." Thats about 20% of the time.

The rest of the times I don't know what to think 😵

This, she's a cute girl. The over the top makeup and hairdos and outfits don't do much for me, but I guess that's part of her style and how she differentiates herself as a performer. I mean cute female pop musicians are a dime a dozen these days, I think she saw the comparisons to singers like Lily Allen coming from a mile away and realized that wasn't her ticket to fame.
