dumb is an understatement....she does seem heartless though...very matter of factly stated she shot him in the heart since she knew where it was being a nurse and all

I really hope it's not a prank, it would be so awesome if they nailed an actual murderer this way. :D

That's not a news story, that's a heavily biased blog by a listener. When it's reported on by CNN or NBC or something like that, then I'll believe that it wasn't just a hoax for the show.

Nice. Someone's been watching too many movies. She's a bit too matter of fact about shooting someone in cold blood.

Never heard of Tom Leykis BTW.

Maybe not by a caller, but by the show? Lots of morning shows have people "call-in" who end up being one of the on-air personalities, and pull some weird stuff. That being said, it's probably not a hoax, but these days you can never tell what people will try to do for better ratings.

I don't know if it's a hoax or not.

But aren't most people caught because they talk or "brag" about their crimes to somebody?

Out of curiosity, what station is Tom Leykis broadcasted in Seattle? 100.7 is not what I remembered it to be.

After listening to the entire thing, wow.

I can't access the program from work, so I don't know the full story. Did they even use a condom in this one-night-stand encounter? If not, they were both very stupid since they were both in a healthcare profession.

Thank you. That's a bad time slot for me. I really miss just listening to him during the afternoon commute. His callers were just outrageous. I did that in Los Angeles and Seattle, his two biggest market.
