When I was in high school I had a cashier at a Mc Donalds or Burger King that wasn't paying attention to me (she had her back to the register) burst out "You going to order or what white boy, I ain't standing here for free!"

I said I didn't know she was ready to take my order because she was clowning around with the food makers in the back.

Manager about lost his mind. I didn't see her or the other couple idiots in the back working there again.

There was a rude person today, I didn't know they were an employee. I was waiting for my food and they were behind me (I thought waiting for theirs), little Ms. Thang decides to yell, "You need to get out my way now! I need to work!" There was no excuse me, no trying to get my attention, nothing. She was also blasting some profane rap on her headphones.

The manager stopped her in her tracks and asked her to please follow her to the office.

The young employees of America are ruining businesses.
 
I'm curious to hear the other side. This lady could have been rude to the employee. Anybody who's worked in customer service knows what I mean. People love to abuse others who can't fight back. Not that it excuses this minimum wage slave's actions. However, with the way people are these days, it's no wonder more people who deal with the public don't snap.
