if the omelette CAME WITH toast, and she ate the toast and not the omelette then she should not pay.

if the omelette did not come with toast and she ordered toast separately then she needs to pay for the toast.

in any case... those women will not ever come back, so the server need not worry about it. I wolud guess that the server is either young or inexperienced... or both... if she cries over something like this.

🙂

Server fvck... so much for PCness.

Server *might* be inexperienced, but she's working there every time I go there. Which actually isn't all that often... meh...

She probably shouldn't have cried. This kind of thing must not happen that often.

Maybe the server was having an all-out bad day, and that situation just put her over the top. I've been working at my job for about two and a half years and I know my stuff, but sometimes days are so bad I just want to act out the scene in Half Baked...

"Fvck you...fvck you...fvck you...you're cool. Fvck you. I quit." or cry...whichever happens first.

Also, I think it's funny when bad customers threaten us with, "I'm never coming back here again." Good riddance. Why would we want to deal with people like that anyway? (...either that or we see them back the week after)

Depends on the actual quality of the food. Just because it had bad appearance doesn't mean much. If she tasted it and it wasn't very good then yes she should be entitled to $0.37 worth of toast.

who gives a sht what an omlette looks like? isn't it 2 eggs and all this sht mixed together? wtf how is it suppose to look?!!

If you're paying $50 a meal at a 5-star restaurant, you can expect them to not charge you if you "don't like the way it looks". If you're eating at your local greasy spoon...you pay for what you order, end of story.

I was a little suprised that the server knocked the omelette off the check, for this reason. I don't think it was burned or anything that would make it unedible. I would expect to pay for something if I didn't eat it but ordered it. That's me though.

Local greasy spoon: that about sums up this place. Don't get me wrong, I like the place. Just good ol greasy food. The people are pretty nice too. Not in a "it's my job" way, but more like "your business is my paycheck".

Mr. Breakfast gives it 5 eggs. 😕 what ever that means.

Yes she should py for the dam toast if she was going to eat it. Did she get a refund for her omellete though?

Koing

She ate the toast and wasn't charged for the omellete.

In that case the woman is a BITCH

down here the seniors are crazy, and kids.

eating 90% of a meal as a table of 4 or more then complaining one found a hair/fly/fingernail or it makes me feel sick, or it's not cooked/terrible/subpar.

'We all don't pay right?'

next line is usually

'do you know who I am?'

[which if you don't doesn't that say something at a $5-10 a plate venue]

If I ate 90% of my hamburger or whatever and found a fingernail in it I wouldn't be paying for it. Sorry...
