This is a poll for all those who never sleep 8 hours, never sleep period, or just go to bed between 2-6am.

With all the medical research that has come out cautioning against sleep deprivation do you sleep more or less? Why?

yeah i try to get at least 8hrs. usually between 6-7 and weekends it's even less for some reason!!!! weekends i go to bed at 3 am and get up at 8am usually :(

One time, back in high school, I tried to stay up for 4 days without sleep. By the end of day 3 I was suffering from major paranoia and hallucinating.

I don't get more than at most 7 hours per night, and many nights it is more like 5. Makes the first couple of hours in the morning tough, then it gets better.

I have the same friggen problem! I would kill to sleep in a little during a weekday but come the weekend I'm completely awake at 7.

Summer since I don't got school... sleep 2am wake up 11:33 everyday. my body has a timer and it's usually then... or very very close.

School... 12:00-6:30. Weekends a bit more give or take.

I usually sleep around 4-5 hours a night. It's been like this for a while, though occasionally I will sleep for up to 7-8 hours, but that's tops (can't sleep after that no matter how hard I try... it really sucks for those hangovers). I do take good 3-4 hour naps on days I have off though (it's rare nowadays).

I agree. I do this - I sleep like 5-6 and the morning is hell but come 11 am i wake up - then im super awake till about 3-4am
