Does anyone know a good DVD labeling program I can get. I dont know if I need some sort of system, but I wanna be able to label my homemade DVDs with nice labels

is it really easy to stick em on? like basically fool proof. and do i need the kit AND the applicator? or what. And, will this work if I Scan the DVD I wanna copy and just use that image as the label? as in, will it let me do that?

If you don't have the applicator, you will need it to make the labels center perfectly, I got one w/ my CD Burner years ago. As for scanning the DVD and then using it as the label, yes it will work 🙂

bad idear ... I did it for a while but found out months later that I couldn't rip the DVD images anymore on my Plextor PX-708A. I heated up the labels with a hair dryer to remove them cleanly and they ripped fine. Sometimes they'd get all pixellated or freeze on both of my Pioneer standalone players. Remove label, problem solved. This was using CD Stomper labels and applicator.

Summary: purty, but you end up doing more work than you bargained for. Just use a Sharpie and keep the discs in cases with high-res covers.

I've never had that problem w/ either a CD or DVD 😕

why would the labels cause the DVD to not work?? has anyone else had this problem?

you'll see similar reports at forums that have more to do with CDR/DVDR stuff...
