LA people, I am out here for Data Center world and I want to take my girlfriend out to a nice restaurant with an ocean view. She has this vision of us having a nice dinner and then a night time stroll on the beach. We would like a nice restaurant, we arent too worried about the cost. I really just want to be able to make this amazing and romantic for her. Any ideas? Additionally, are there any non super touristy beaches we should go to? We went to the Santa Monica pier today and it was crazy. Thanks

Non packed local beaches = dockweiler + ranchos pales verdes

The terranea resort has an open to the public restaurant with fantastic views and a semi private beach
