L90D+

What a bad LCD, the L90D+ started to develope verticle lines down the screen off and on. I was actualy hoping my monitor would become defective, as I did not like the quality of it right away, so I guess I am not to sad about this monitor going back.

Any other recommendations for a gaming LCD?

I love my L90D+, as do many other AT members, other then the dead pixel problem seen in a couple releases it's an awesome gaming panel.

Yes they are all bad because you say so.

I won't be buying one now.

Thank god you saved us all.

I like my 19" Samsung 930B pretty well. It is very bright. It has 1280x1024 native res. and both digital and analog input. Only drawback is that if you use the digital input, it only works on a 60Hz refresh rate. But it has a nice bright, clear, vibrant picture.

had mine 6 months, not a single problem. Great build, great screen. Love it. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

I have an L70S, it's great. They put two L90Ds in the Tech building display cases, run them 24/7 for 6 months, I haven't seen any deterioration.

L90D+ here. Not one dead pixel.

Game with it all the time, and it's better than my 21" Mitsubishi moniter was.

Best $300 I ever spent.

atleast you ranted a problem that is a defect to an item, just like any other, and didnt mind posting in the wrong forum or even search about it! good job

I read this thread on an L90D+. Not a single solitary dead pixel on this monitor. And I bought it from Newegg Oct. 2nd.

I love this monitor. So much so that I actually made love to it last night!

I did a build for a client that included an L90D+. They haven't had a single problem, and have had it for about a year now.

Other good LCD's:

Dell 2001FP
Dell 2005FP
ViewSonic VP930b
ViewSonic VP191b
Dell 2405FP

If you're having the vertical line problem, and you bought it from Newegg, they'll fix it under warrantee. Apparently, there was a large batch of them that are developing those problems.
