L4D Demo up for pre-loading on Steam

Go into steam setting and manually log out of steam. I think you have to choose log in as a new user or something like that. Then, log back in with your current username and pw.

I used to have the same problem back during my CS days, hopefully it works for you.

delete ClientRegistry.blob and everything works again 🙂

Does anyone know how many maps will be included in the game? wouldn't this get repetitive if it's only a few levels?

I don't plan on pre-ordering this one, or even buying it right now. I need a demo FIRST to decide if it's something I want to play (I'm very hesitant to buy/play multi-only games).
