It's a bit late for me, but post here and you might get some takers. Also, sign up for the L4D AT steam group.

The general way to know if someone wants to play campaign mode, is that they will open up the AT L4D chat room and sit in there.

doesn't really happen (randomly) in any maps besides water works. you just got to be careful with your shots and not stay in one spot for too long

That's BS. Whenever I played Cod4, if I wasn't spamming the 3 grenade perk(if I didn't choose another on the build) then someone else was. 😛 It would be the first three things I would do as I spawn. "Throw, throw, and throw!" Then I would just go crazy and kill everyone getting them great KD ratios 😉
