Just remember....When talking about particle effects (CS, for example), a traditional would suck up a lot of bandwidth in order to perform such operations...The Kyro2 has it all stored in local memory before it gets written out to the framebuffer; therefore, it does indeed reduce bandwidth requirements.

As previously noted, the Kyro2 can do 8 layers in 1 pass, as opposed to the GTS's 2 layers/pass, and the GF3's 4 layers/pass.
