In there, he bans two people pretty much randomly. They didn't really do anything to warrant a ban.

I feel like beating the shit out of Kyle if I ever see him on the road.

If you make a site that relies on users to make ads profitable you are morally obligated to treat your users with respect. Is he within his rights? Maybe... but who cares? That is so beside the point, which is that he's an asshole, period.
