FRANKFORT, Ky. (WAVE) - Kentucky governor Andy Beshear signed two executive orders on Tuesday that will allow Kentuckians to legally use medical cannabis.

Honestly how marijuana isn't fully legal in every US state is beyond me. Red states think its safe to let people buy AR-15s with no restrictions but a little wacky tobacky cannot ever be safely regulated amongst the general public.
