OK.... Is it just me or KX133 and KT133 chipsets have some sucky compatibility with some peripherals....
I have a Diamond MX300 card tried to use it on KX133.... Spent hours trying to get it to work.... No success.... And I'm trying to get it to work with my Asus A7V.... It locks up whenever soundcard is stressed more than normal windows operations (making "ding" sounds...).
Also had 3dfx's Velocity100 (the Celeron equivalent of Voodoo3), spent weeks trying to get that thing to work with KX133 without any success....
Does anybody have similar experience?
Also what soundcard works well with A7V anyway?
It seems like my only option is to get Creative but they're punks for putting A3D out of business.... hmmm....
