Well, rationalize from someone who constantly touts winning, even in failures. It's not that he doesn't care about his offspring, he literally does see them failing, it's not in his purview.

"He doesn't really believe it, Elizabeth. He just knows Republicans are stupid and they'll buy it."

The repubs in office know this. Its their magic formula to stay in power. Say stupid things and the masses will flock to them. Trump was confirmation of that.

What should we call people who believe Obama is a secret Muslim born in Kenya?

Honestly, I'm getting tired of being told to respect people who don't deserve it. I've been hearing this a lot since the election, especially from fellow liberals.

I get that Agent is over the top. I don't like his approach, but I'm honestly frustrated over how to deal with people who cannot be reasoned with.

Reflect back on history and observe that it's those intent on progress against the shameful past who're considered ahead of their time.

Are you suggesting that the court of public opinion is so biases or hearsay driven people can't figure out on their own that Trump is a titanic liar? Have you been living under a rock? Have you missed the massive number of examples of his lying? The idea that smoke can exist without fire generally is inapplicable when you're engulfed in a billowing inferno. You might want to test whether you're producing enough watts to register on an EEG.

You are trying to explain logic to a Trump supporter who according to the man credited with manipulating Trump's victory is so stupid they were convinced to vote for Trump. It's like that arguing with a retard meme.

That may be. I think it is important to understand that there is no such thing as failure if you have no ego attached to winning. The important thing to me, then, is to offer what you can without expectations. I believe that people are motivated by unconscious needs not to hear the truth and that fact makes them blameless for the fact that they don't. Basically, then, there is a truth that is available to all, a truth that will always be there for anybody who opens themselves to it. I have no idea why I can see what he doesn't seem to see other than that seeing cost me everything I used to believe. I don't know why I could pay that price. The only thing that comes to mind is that when I was young I believed that God could see the real truth about me, whatever is was, so it was useless to try to hide. Now I know that the truth is the truth and whether it is hidden or revealed. In the former case you suffer from self ignorance and in the latter you suffer from knowing. The latter is the preferred way to suffer by a long shot if you ask me.
