Kudos to Microsoft

Hi. Just wanted to say that for once in my life, I'm really happy with Microsoft. My IntelliMouse Explorer died last week, and I called Microsoft on Tuesday about it. They told me it would arrive in 3 to 4 weeks....it arrived today (friday). That is the best I've ever had a company stand behind a product.

ROTFLAMO I don't think I've ever laughed so much reading the responses.

You guys almost killed me from lack of air in the lungs (due to severe laughter).

I don't have a good comeback myself, nothing can beat what I've read.
But thanks for a good laugher, I needed it.
