Ordered a book as part of a 4-for $20 promo, got lost in the mail. Fired off an email last night asking if they could send me another copy and they refunded me instead. Called them up this morning asking if I could re-purchase the book for $5 (lists for $14 on their site) and they gave it to me for free!
