KT7A RAID with WinME

I tried Win2k with KT7A Raid. Don't like how it perform so far.
So I decided to install WinME.
Now new problem comes out. When I shut down WinME, it won't shut down my case.
I have InWin Q500 300Watts
The application have install are just Creative LiveWare!
RealMagic Hollywood Plus
Winamp
Acrobat 4.0
and WinRAR
My computer spec
Abit KT7AR, AMD 1.0Ghz, 256 PC133 CAS2 Crucial, RealMagic, G400Max, SBlive!value, Netgear FA310
Adaptec 2930C, 40G Maxtor ATA100 on IDE1, 22GB IBM ATA66 on IDE3, 3GB Maxtor on IDE4 no raid.
Pineer DVD16x slotless on IDE2, HP SCSI CDROM, and IMATion SCSI CDR external.

Has anyone had any suggestions? I have tried to install software one by one and check it if it will shut down correctly, it all worked fine. But after I run it for a while. AndI share my desktop file at home network.
Suddenly it won't shut down correctly. What happend? Anyone?
 
thanks alot. I did update the current IE patches. But I found out is NDIS, ndis.vxd is fault. I think it got corrupted somehow when I share the harddrives. Reinstalled my network card, everything is fine now.
