Okay, I have the KT7A-Raid with a 900 T-Bird. I've overclocked it to 1000 (7.5 x 133), I've had it up to FSB 143. The CPU Voltage is upped to 1.8, which helped the stablility, but I still get BSOD from Win2k (which according to MS and Forum members is due to instablility from Overclocking) I am new to overclocking, so are there any tweaks that I can use that will help stablize my board? It seems fine in Win98, but Win2k is iffy...

System:
KT7A-RAID
T-Bird 900 @ 1000 (7.5 x 133)
Antec SX830 (300W PS)
256MB Crucial PC133 CAS2
SB Live! X-Gamer
GeForce2 MX
modem, nic, dvd, cd-rw, etc....

Thanks!! (In advance for all the great help you guys are going to supply! ;))

Number one rule to overclocking is - Start with a stable system.
Try running Prime95 and MadOnions 3DMark at the same time. Step your system back down until you can run these 2 at the same time with no errors.
PCI Card placements that may help to increase stability:
If using the RAID controller, leave PCI#5 empty.
If using on board USB try to keep the NIC's out of PCI#4 and PCI#6, depends on the NIC and what devices connected to USB.
Try and keep PCI#1 empty.

Watch the system boot, after the RAID bios initialization a list of devices and the IRQ's the bios is assigning those devices is displayed. This list and the list given in device manager can give you the clues to where your problems are.

P.S. You should also consider a better heatsink and fan than the stock cooler, and invest in good thermal compound (Arctic Silver). If you can keep the chip cool, your system will stay much more stable at higher speeds.
